John F. Norman, Chief Executive Officer

John is Chief Executive Officer of medQ, inc. Prior to joining medQ, John spent 20 years at Kodak in a variety of senior management positions including over 12 years in the healthcare business units both in the US and internationally, ending as Vice President of Marketing for Kodak’s Health Group. Additionally, he served as Vice President of Operations of Kodak Imaging Services, a business process and document management outsourcing company where he spearheaded the growth of the company to over $100 Million in two years. After leaving Kodak, he served in senior positions in several new business start-up and turnaround operations in the document management and telecommunications markets. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Xtria LLC and led the PACS Consulting and Services business unit. John graduated from Tarleton University with a BA, Boston University with his MA and did his MBA work at Georgia State University and Columbia University.

Nilesh Kalidas, Chief Technical Officer

Nilesh Kalidas is the Chief Technical Officer and one of the co-founders of medQ. Nilesh is the main technical architect of all medQ family of workflow management products. Nilesh has extensive experience in systems integration and management of technical resources and is responsible for managing the medQ development and programming team for current and new offerings. Nilesh also provides a consultative role with our clients helping them implement the wide array of medQ products with focus on redesigning and automating their workflow. Prior to medQ, Nilesh was with NCI, a Dallas based company, where he helped form a spin off software development company called 3D Systems. 3D Systems developed a revolutionary product line that replaced mainframes to drive “Mainframe only” printers in high production environments. As Senior Technical and Product Manager, Nilesh managed a development team of Programmers, Testers, Technical Writers and Project Managers. Nilesh has a BA degree in Computer Science/Business and his MBA from Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, British Columbia.
