We realize that one of the most important elements of any software system is the support services backing it up. Getting the support you need with medQ has just gotten easier! Our medQ End User Portal is now live which allows a new stringent item tracking and reporting system to keep you up-to-date on the status of Service Requests.
**Effective 11/9/2015, email@example.com will no longer generate Service Requests. All issues, changes and requests must be either called into our support line, 1-800-597-6330 x222, or submitted via the medQ Portal: http://medq.sysaidit.com/Login.jsp.
If you don't already have access, please contact Support today to get setup with the medQ Portal, or you may register by clicking the link illustrated below at http://medq.sysaidit.com/Login.jsp.
In effort to continually evaluate and address the quality of our services, products and offerings, we are now sending out surveys.
